    Ov Chip card (“OV Chipkaart”)
    At all bus lines, you can pay with the OV-chip card, the national public transport payment system.
    The fare of the OV-chip card is based on the distance traveled plus a base rate.
    The OV-chip card is for sale at the Dutch Railways (NS) ticket vending machine. These are located at Eindhoven Station and also at Eindhoven Airport.
    On the ticket vending machine you can also load your balance, purchase products or orders retrieval for the OV Chip card.

    Individual tickets
    If you don’t have OV-chip card, then you buy a Single Ticket. A single ticket costs € 4,.24.
    This ticket is valid for one person and valid for a single journey without changing busses.

    On weekdays after 9:00 and on weekend and Public Holidays, you can buy an off-peak day ticket Dalurendagkaart for € 6.63. You can travel the whole day with buses from Hermes and Arriva Brabant.

    Children younger than 4 years travel free in Netherlands, at all public transportations.
    Up to two children aged 4 t/m 11 years travel, on weekdays after 9:00 and on weekend and Public Holidays, free if they accompany a paying adult. Paying with OV Chip Card, Single Ticker or Off-peak day ticket.

    Pay attention for the Dutch Railways ticket vending machines.
    You can also buy a bus ticket or a combined ticket bus-train at the Dutch Railways ticket vending machines.
    The ticket is a single disposable OV Chip card. A separate ticket from the machines always cost one euro more on top of it regular rate.

    On New Year’s Eve, the bus service stops at 20:00.
